THE ASCODET- COUNCIL FOR SOFTWARE EDUCATION AND SKILL DEVELOPMENT TRAINING Established for APPROVED AND LICENCED BY GOVERNMENT OF INDIA
To Development of Education Under the Guidelines of National Education policy 1986 and Programme of action 1992 Govt. of India Respectively.
Like All Educational Boards/Universities and Ours is also an autonomous Body. Each Educational Organization acts on its Own Discretionary Powers.
According to these powers every board / University / state Govts. / Central Govt. of India has the liberty and right to take its Own Decision Either to Allow or refuse any Admission / service. But we do our best to make Success the non formal Education Programme.
All the Education Programme Run by the board is board's own Autonomous education programme. Legality, Validity, Utility of the education programme is strict conformity with the constitution of India and law of the land under Article 19(1)G, 29 & 30.
OBJECT'S
A. To Establish, Setup, and Run in any part of India Coaching Institutes , Study Centre, Oral Coaching Classes, where in Professional, Technical, Vocational or Higher Education in Every Field of Science, Commerce, Arts, Management, Engineering, Law, Banking, Insurance, Finance, Medicine, Hospitality, Tourism, Computers, or any other type of Education be Imparted by Conducting Regular , Part time Classes.
B. To Establish, Develop, Promote Franchise, Study Centers in India or Abroad for Conducting Regular, Evening or Weekend Interactive Classes and to Get the Necessary approval, Permission Required for this Purpose.
C. To Enter in to Joint Venture, or Collaborate with Accredited educational institutions in India/outside India to Provide such Infrastructure Assistance to such Accredited Educational Institution and such other learning support on such terms and Conditions as may be Decided by the Company from time to time.
D. To Participate in the Affiliation, Accreditation, Examination and Certification.
E. To Liaise and Collaborate with Various Associations in the Field by suitable means (Memorandum of Understanding, Collaboration Agreements, Partnering Arrangements and Others) for Course Content Development, Arrangement of Apprenticeships.
F. To Recruit Trained Manpower and Source Trainers and Experts to Ensure Adequate Participation by them in Achieving the Objects of the Company.
G. To Enter into Any Arrangements with Any Government(s) or Authorities Whether Central, State, Municipal, Local or Any Other Person, that may Seem Conductive to the Objects of the Company.
EXAMINATION:
The final examination in theory and practical are held at the end of the academy year session in March/ April and in supplementary exams in Calendar year September/October.
CERTIFICATION:
Every Successful Declared Student will be Awarded Diploma Certificate by the ASCODET- COUNCIL FOR Each Education programme.
ATTESTATION OF CERTIFICATES:
The Certificates of the ASCODET- COUNCIL FOR Get Attestation from Foreign Embassies for Education and Employment Purposes.
BEING IN NON-UGC PROGRAMME, THE CERTIFICATES of the ASCODET- COUNCIL FOR SOFTWARE EDUCATION AND SKILL DEVELOPMENT TRAINING ARE NOT RECOMMENDED FOR STATE PUBLIC SERVICE COMMISSION/ UNION PUBLIC SERVICE COMMISSION APPOINTMENTS.
IT IS WIDELY USED IN PUBLIC SECTOR UNDERTAKINGS, MULTI-NATIONAL COMPANIES and PRIVATE SECTOR in INDIA AND ABROAD WHO ARE SATISFIED WITH THE OFFICIAL VERIFICATION SYSTEM.
RULES & REGULATIONS
Check and Satisfy Necessary information by The Board / Organization Run non-formal Self-Employment Education Programme Only and Not Give any Guarantee for further Educational Use or Any Job.
If any Document Found Bogus the Admission and Result should be canceled Automatically Without any notice.
If Student fails to Deposit the Fees in the due time the Admission Should be Canceled Without any Notice and any primary Deposit fees Should Not be Refunded.
If Study Material or Documents will be Lost in the Post No Responsible of the Institute / Board.
If any Student / Members / Teachers / Employees of any Institute / Center have any dispute with the board / institution it will be Resolved through the Committee Appointed by the ASCODET- COUNCIL FOR SOFTWARE EDUCATION AND SKILL DEVELOPMENT TRAINING Education Council under Indian Arbitration and conciliation Act 1996.
The Decision of the Arbitrator Shall be Final and Binding on all Parties, Direct Court Will Not be Permissible.
